a days break A Day's Break

In the cold and dark night, a hunt had started. The smell of blood and death filled the forest as the hunters themselves had become the hunted. Three of them went into the forest, one was left. As he ran through the forest he could hear his friend's screams of pain and pleading of help from the survivor. He continued to run. On his left saw something moving towards him, and he saw it.

"It was an seemingly average day. The party was pretty great, well until the fire. It just came out of nowhere," he said, with a terrible hoarseness in his voice.
